Predjama Castle, Slovenia
This castle is undoubtedly one of the most unusual and unique in the world. It is carved out of the rock. The left wing was carved in the early twelfth century, the right and the middle parts were completed in the sixteenth century. At the end of the twentieth century, the castle was restored and got back its original appearance.
